"Awful care"

I have tonsilitis. Quite bad tonsilitis. After explaining to staff I was struggling to breathe, and swallowing was impossible, they simply felt my glands, gave me penicillin and shipped me on my way.

I've had tonsilitis multiple times, and this is much much different. I am in constant agony at the minute, due to my enlarged tonsils pressing on my ear canal and rear teeth. This was completely brushed over by both doctors and front of house staff - who treat the manner as if it were a common cold.

I think it is disgusting. I understand you are all very busy, but this level of care is simply insufficient.
