About: Charles Clifford Dental Hospital

What I liked

the member of staff who examined me was polite and respectful

What could be improved

time, delays, i waited 3 months for an appointment, after which i was told i would start getting treatment and would be contacted about this within two weeks, i waited another two months and no appointment came, i telephoned about this on at least a dozen occasions before i finally wrote a letter in desperation asking what was going on. after this, i finally got through on the telephone and was told that someone would get back to me with an appointment, but no-one did. a week after this, ie today, i received a letter in reply to my letter telling me that charles clifford were not able to manage my needs, i was being discharged from their "care" and i should look to finding a dentist in the High Street, which is a joke as I went there in the first place because I cannot find a dentist in my area who is taking on patients. all in all, i don't think Charles Clifford is that great because of the immense delays that I have suffered from when I first contacted them back in May to when they told me they were not able to treat me in October. At the time I went there, they told me that as I had agreed to be treated by them, I had to agree not to go elsewhere, so I have wasted months and my teeth, which I have to admit are in a shocking state, have deteriorated markedly. In other words, if you are having an emergency and need dental work in a hurry, as I did, I wouldn't recommend going to this hospital, I am sure it is fine if you are planning your dental week years ahead.
