What I liked
Staff in Ear department very helpful, had to have an audio test and one member of staff was very aggressive and unhelpful.
Reception and other staff an absolute pleasure, they were very apologetic of the treatment from audio staff. Another member of staff came out and re-assured me this wasn't normal and had asked a Ear doctor to look at my ears.
Very helpful and useful staff
What could be improved
More nice staff like those two, the nurses were lovely too.
