What I liked
Very clean
Huge improvement on old diabetes & endocrinology clinic
No waiting
Staff were efficient and friendly
Everything explained well
No long walks, phlebotomy near to clinic
Easy to find
Free tea and coffee in welcoming waiting area
What could be improved
More car parking
A better shop area in the main area of the treatment centre - e.g. more magazines, cash machine for those who want them.
Anything else?
So much better than before, keep it up!
