"Being able to drop into OP audiology to..."

About: Lister Hospital

What I liked

Being able to drop into OP audiology to have a new mold made for my hearing aid without an appointment

What could be improved

car parking- first time I've been since all the building and I nearly caused an accident going the wrong way by following an arrow. At the exit from the disabled parking area is a red arrow pointing right no other signs . I followed it and was faced with on coming cars- which I luckily avoided by going back through the disabled car park entrance again. I then asked the employee - parking lot attendant maybe? - how did I get to the main hospita land exit' ' he said at the car park exit turn left .I told him there was an arrow there directing right and he shrugged and walked away. I took a look and the sign directing traffic left is opposite the entrance of disabled parking not the exit. I presume the arrow is for somthing else- should be removed maybe

Thanks for all the feedback - glad that you found the audiology drop-in service so useful and we'll certainly look in to this signage issue.
