"Amazed with these bad comments."

All Doctors in the NHS are under pressure. The only complaint I have ever had was the Doctor telling me they only had ten minutes to talk and I believed they were a locom? That did upset me but that was a once off.I find the surgery support amazing .....I ring pm always the receptionist is kind and helpful. The Doctors and nursers generly lovely and for someone with complex help are kind.I have been in the surgery and listened to the obuse the receptionist get. My view is we have a walk in clinic that you can go to every day .....use this tilll you get an appointment it links up with your medical information. We are expecting too much to think we can just walk in......also in real dangers they will ring u.Thank you to all at the mathews practice. My apologies for my grammar I have aphasia after my CVA
