"The staff deserve 10/10"

About: WestMARC (West of Scotland Mobility and Rehabilitation Centre)

(as the patient),

I had an amputation in 2012 and a second one in 2015 with regular appointments in between and since. I have had excellent care throughout, last week I  went to see the clinic as I was having a few niggles  with my stump.

Barbara and her team have been professional at all times. The clinics are always busy and you need to be prepared to wait because of the high demand for their service but the waiting is worthwhile. The advice I have been given has always been right, even if it was not what I wanted to hear. They all know their stuff. I cannot see how anyone could complain about them.

I should also add that the receptionists and support staff are always very pleasant, their attitude and demeanour is lovely.

The whole lot of them deserve 10/10
