"help and understanding"

My wife’s attended A and E twice this weekend once by ambulance and I can only praise the treatment and help she received I cannot understand how targets and financial restraints can be put on an organisation such as the NHS when they cannot see what is going to happen or how many people are going to attended there Hospital/ A and E from one day to the next,

I no you you are always going to get bad reviews and there will always be more bad than good because most people who have good service don’t talk about it openly and I am one of them but this time it hit home thank you William Harvey.
