(as the patient),

On a recent appointment to the audiology department to get a hearing check I found your staff to be very helpful.

Everything was fully explained and the hearing check itself was done in a very professional way.

I hear (pardon the pun) all the time negative comments about the state of our NHS but I personally have always been treated well.
