I recently was admitted to the respiratory ward for symptoms & I have a severe lung problem. I always be treated with kindness & support but my recent 2 week stay was far from that. I was sent home after 2 weeks after telling them every day my chest doesn’t feel right. It now been a week nearly since being home & I can see myself returning as my symptoms have worsened & I am getting new symptoms like low oxygen levels. If I do have to return I will be asked to be seen by a different consultant. I understand they’re stretched & busy but for someone like me who can die from a common cold it’s a serious matter!
