A big thank you to all the staff at Aire Court for my recent and ongoing treatment.

You have all made me feel very welcome and supported during a difficult time and I will be forever grateful.

You are all doing a wonderful job, from the reception staff on entering the building through to counsellors and psychiatrists.

Dear Mr Leadbeater

My apologies as it's been a while since I stated that I would get back to you.

I did contact the clinical team at the time as promised. They replied that it’s so good when a team who work so hard, receive acknowledgement in this way, despite never expecting it.

They also certainly aspire to continuing to deliver care that’s felt to be equally positive and supportive, by others as you have described.
