"Ward 28 changed my opinion of the NHS"

About: Pinderfields General Hospital / Plastic surgery

Ward 28 changed my opinion of nhs . After spending two days in the investigation unit and a and e . Servally dehydrated and had nothing to eat or drink and sat in a chair . I came to this ward to await for my surgery for my appendix. Was told that I would have my operation on the Friday evening when I came to this ward . The first thing the lovely nurses said why haven't you had fluids your dehydrated. We will chase your operation time for this evening . And after chase after chase which wasn't there fault . Finally we had a answer no operation tonight . They

Went out of there way to sort and be what a nurse is supposed to

be caring and there for there patients needs ! Please ensure that this feedback goes back to these wonderful nurses . I was servally poorly and they made sure I was getting the medical support needed .
