About: Halton and St Helens PCT

(as a relative),

I had to take my little boy to the doctors tonight for 5.40pm. We waited an hour and half to be seen.

Still no doctor seen my son who has been unwell since Sunday.

And was hoping some one could tell who the right person is to complain to?
