"Professional to the end"

I had a cardiology appointment last week for a heart scan due to an EDS diagnosis. It only took about 6 weeks for the appointment which isn't too bad & the cardiologist was professional to the end. I couldn't have asked for better treatment. They put me at ease, explained what they were doing and why.

I'm so glad at the care, compassion & consideration given at the appointment. Brilliant service from the NHS.
