What I liked

Good instructions in the appointment letter.

I arrived early and was greeted by very helpful staff, There was no trouble finding the reception and the person behind the counter was very helpful.

Lots of good quality seating and things to read which were up to date and in good repair!

General ambience of the place is light, airy and welcoming.

Like the idea of the seating couplets with the space in between so you are not crowded onto seats and have a bit of privacy to talk.

Was seen early by the consultant, which was amazing, and then so well handled from there by the staff as I went through various tests.

Staff so pleasant, courteous and helpful. Thank you so much

What could be improved

The signs into the hospital - It was my first time here and it might have been me but as I turned off the main road I wasn't sure whether to go straight on or bear right. It seemed the surgery is well signposted but didn't see any obvious sign for the Hospital and so went straight on!!
