"The staff and surgery"

I have just come from the doctors as we speak and although I think this surgery is becoming terrible for getting an appointment when you need one -like most places!!- I believe the staff here should be credited. .. the nurse I have just seen was one of the most loveliest I've met .. the nurse was very kind and understanding and took time out to listen to me about an issue I've been having with anxiety. .. by the way.

I went for a cervical smear.. not very comfortable having this for woman... But .. the nurse in particular that dealt with me .. deserves some credit .

We spoke about mental illness and how it is not taken as serious as it should be unfortunately. .. I see I'm not allowed to give names .. which is unfortunate..

but I made sure the nurse realised that their words today meant alot .. and it's a shame that there are not more people like this around . Lovely person.. there is also a receptionist who I believe needs credit as everytime i go in ..this one receptionist in particular is always smiling and very friendly and respectful .. I believe that some of the staff here really are great.. as with anywhere you get your good and not so.. but certain members of this practice really make it a pleasant place to attend... It's rare for me write reviews but I will always credit a person or persons where it is due. .. and overall this surgery is quite welcoming and helpful.. don't forget that most doctors surgeries are very busy nowadays and appointments are harder to attain when you most need..but it helps to be greeted with respect and that is something admirable .
