"Colposcopy and punch biopsy"

I don’t usually leave reviews but I was so pleased with the service I received I just wanted to leave a message and to help anyone else going through what I have. I attended my appointment after receiving a letter saying my cervical screening results were showing cell changes. The colposcopy team made me feel at ease from the moment I stepped through the doors. They were extremely friendly and I felt like I was being taken care of. They answered any questions I had, explained everything that would happen and told me not to worry. I know it’s easier said that done but if I do need to return in the future I know I’ll be in safe hands. This is by far the best service I have received in a hospital. Thank you so much.
