What could be improved

The fact that the registrar that I had to see was not available due to an emergency and so I was left waiting with no information until I stupidly sat there for an hour before asking what was happening. It was absolutely appalling that nobody had bothered to say anything and the assumption I had no job to get back to!!

Anything else?

The dermatology system of seeing a registrar first before even seeing the consultant is a stupid system for people that have always seen a consultant before due to suffering from a severe disease, especially when the registrar cannot do anything anyway!!
