What I liked

I would like to give my thanks all the Nursing and Medical Team from ward 10 and those in outpatinent involved in the care of my mother recently. This was a particulary stressful time for her and the family and she was met with kindness and professionalism at all stages.

What could be improved

Waiting times for prescriptions in the pharmacy department; I had to wait an hour on both occasions to collect my prescription following a stressfull outpatient appointment and admission for investigations.
