What I liked

I´ve just had a treatment at The Royal Free Hospital - IRCU department.

I´d like to thank all the staff for their exceptional care and professionality. Thanks to them I felt very relaxed before and after the treatment.

I was very happy with the care I got at this department.

My treatment was delayed a bit due to an emergency case put before me (therefore totally understandable) but everyone was very apologetic and nice.

So my rating is 10 out of 10 :-)
