Availability of free parking.
What could be improved
The management, organisation and staffing of the blood taking department is absolutely appalling. The waiting room is always full, overflowing into the corridors. Numerous patients arrive - see the queues and walk off. A wait of over an hour for a 5 minute procedure is not unusual. Staff seem more concerned with their tea breaks and catching up with the latest gossip.
An absolute disgrace that lets the rest of the hospital down.
