the a&e team are of always of a good and high standard. They listen to what yoy have to say

What could be improved

When you get to the ward i feel if like my mother who is noy well and would prefer not to be in hospital. the comment "what are you here for." unacceptable. Some patients are in and out of the hospital too quick so they return. The patient turn over in this hospital is more important then the care the patient . Targets over patient care.

Anything else?

Has a Daughter of a sick parent your staff must realise that not only the patient but also the person who caresfor them may be stressed. so they would like to be reassured that the patient is in the right place and not spoken down to when asking questions Some staff and nurses lack understanding and sympathy
