"Not impressive"

I recently visit the gynaecology department on my on going treatment and no record of me was found,the Consultant was so impatient when attending to me,also tried to call the department to complain about my test result which was wrongly sent to another GP instead of my GP a copy of the result was sent to me which I found out information are not safe,having gotten hold of the secretary they hanged up on me saying I was too loud on the phone without even listening to me.i am so disappointed and I will not go back there
