"A&E Visit suspected heart attack"

About: King's Mill Hospital / Cardiology

After visiting A&E with the above suspected heart attack on Friday the 20/10/17 .

I was admitted onto ward 23 for cardiology treatment,resulting in surgery on Monday the 23/1017 with successful results.

At all times I was treated with the utmost kindness,respect,&a professionalism from all members of the above teams.

I can only thank you all for the truly inspiring treatment &I experience I received, you all did your jobs (with a smile) and then some.
