What I liked

I went to the hospital with a damaged finger and thought the whole experience stood as an excellent example of the NHS working at its best.

The minor injuries area was very clean, easy to find, comfortable and staffed with an attentive receptionist.

A friendly and helpful nurse who had the perfect mix of chat and professional attention saw me very quickly. I was x-rayed without any delay and the nurse gave me the results within 5 minutes.

All in all I thought it was an excellent facility and I am pleased that such a good unit is so close by. I would not hesitate to use it again in the future should the necessity arise.
