What could be improved

Some of the doctors don't even listen, they just get rid of you as soon as possible so they can go home, I went for the second time for a head injury to the A&E and on the second time I was told that I was gonna get a CT scan and after waiting for 4 hours, they sent me home telling me to come back the day after. tried to talk with the doctor and they just run away from me, just saying there's nothing we can do for you, and they never looked at my face... just a fault of respect from the doctor
