(as a parent/guardian),

The children's community nurses have been caring for my twin baby boys for the last 3 months. Both babies have complicated needs, and require frequent visits from the nurses. The care we have relieved has been amazing. The knowledge and experience that these nurses have is so broad! They have made a huge difference to the lives of my little boys - who have been through an awful lot. 

We usually have the same nurse on each visit - and she is so tuned in to what is happening with the boys and really takes a lead in their care - getting in touch with other professionals involved  and coordinating plans.

Sometimes we have other members of the nursing team - and they have always taken the time to understand what is happening in the boys journey - and have made sure that there is continuity of care. 

We are so grateful to this brilliant team for taking the very best care of our babies.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post such wonderful comments regarding the care that your twin boys have received from the Integrated Community Children Nursing Team.

.You have stated how much you appreciate continuity of care seeing the same nurses who understand the needs of both you and your little boys. This is certainly something that we at Bromley Healthcare try to achieve whenever possible.

Of course I will ensure that you comments are seen by the team.
