"Visit to A & E"

I feel I must put on record my experience in using Pinderfields A & E last night. I may have been fortunate in visiting at a quiet time though it did not look it, a Wednesday night.

I was attended to by a consultant who from the very outset was interested in my issue and listened carefully to my comments on symptoms, which are not visually apparent. Compared with many patients who visit A & E I feel my symptoms were probably minor but debilitating on a daily basis nonetheless. Again after an xray the consultant did find issues and has attended to these together with some long term advice to help me.

In all I was in the department for less than fifty minutes which by any standards is excellent service. I’d like to thank you for this treatment and in particular the consultant's manner which made the whole process much easier.
