I would like to thank all the staff on Alice childrens ward for making our first time in hospital 14year old grandson so comfortable. They were so helpful and friendly and always spoke to him asking how he was and if he wanted anything. I would also like to thank the physio staff to. They also were very helpful to us and answered any questions we had. The ward has a parent lounge where you could go and make a cuppa etc this was most welcomed.
