"Excellent experience in endoscopy"

I had a colonoscopy in the Endoscopy unit yesterday. I just have to say that all of the staff who were involved in my care were excellent-courteous, polite, professional,kind, thoughtful. I was quite nervous and was having a general anaesthetic but the anaesthetist was very reassuring, and as they said it would be, I didn`t know anything!

We asked one of the Cleaning/Maintenance staff the whereabouts of the taxi phone, and they went out of their way to tell us. Excellent.
