"Doctor talked to me with respect"

I went to discuss my contraception as my implant has caused ongoing bleeding. I explained I wanted to change contraception and why. The doctor discussed the pros and cons of the injection to me. They helped find an implant removal date to suit me and told me how best to get my top up depo. They were extremely friendly yet professional, not patronising or judgemental. I had had a previous negative experience in my own surgery and they took it seriously and discussed my concerns. I felt much better because of my visit here.
