(as the patient),

My recent health care experience was very acceptable. I met Leonard three times at Northfields Surgery.

It was good to have these sessions within a friendly relaxed environment and to receive the reassurance that I was doing well.

There is no need for me to see Leonard again, however I know that I can always contact him again should the need be there.
