"Friendly and attentive staff"

The staff were very friendly and attentive, I was well informed about procedures and treatment. If you give out a bonus for their work please do.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear authenticbe86,

Oh dear, you have mentioned the 'B' word - Bonus. Unfortunately, the first words that spring to my mind are 'This is the NHS you know', our bonus is hearing that you have found the care to be so good. However, I will be happy to share your sentiments with them and while they will be delighted with your post, I think the mention of the 'B' word may make them smile. Now all we need is the 'C' word (Christmas that is)!
