What I liked
The treatment centre offered the appointment I needed, 15 weeks earlier than my local hospital.
The centre is small, friendly and efficient. All staff were very professional, yet made me feel welcome and reassured dueing my initial appointment and subsequent operation.
What could be improved
The in-house computer system was a little cumbersome for the staff, resulting in a lot of duplicated questions from staff.
On discharge, the system crashed completely and my discharge notes had to be posted.
Anything else?
Overall, the whole experience was extremely was efficient, professional, clean and not at all stressful.
