"Incredibly Grateful"

I would just like to express my thanks and gratitude to all the staff who have treated me recently for anaphylaxis. Aside from the phenomental medicare care that I recieved on several occasions, the staff have treated me with the upmost dignity and respect at all times.

I have been made aware of decisions, and where possible, invovled in the decisions, the staff have gone above and beyond to ensure I felt as calm as I could in some very stressful situations.

The new resus facility is amazing - as are the team who work within it. This care was continued outside of A&E on the wards as well - HDU, ITUs and medical wards.
