What I liked

Message: A big thank you to a wonderful hospital which I think saved my life. I was admitted with what turned out to be an abcess on the liver on Aug 30 to AMU ward. No effort was spared by the staff to diagnose this problem, resulting in a liver aspiration on Sept 3. I was in for about 10 days, and the treatment was unpleasant (I fear needles), but very necessary. This treatment was carried out with care and efficiency by nurses and consultants. I would especially mention the doctor who was very thorough and professional right through to my final ultrasound scan yesterday, carried out by two specialists including the specialist who carried out the liver procedure. All very nice people. I am feeling much better now and on the mend-the tangerine sized abcess is now thankfully gone. I have been on the air on Ed Doolan's Radio WM show last Friday to thank you publically. A thousand thanks to you all for giving me good health again and I wish you well in all your wonderful work!!!
Best wishes,
Steve Mason
