I would just like to say a huge thank you to all the staff involved in my treatment on day surgery unit. I received exceptional care from all the staff from the health care nurses (auxiliary), staff nurses, anaesthetist, surgeon, theatre staff and recovery nurses. You all made me feel at ease and the whole day day ran as smoothly and as comfortable as possible. Such a fabulous team and you should all be very proud.

Once again, thank you very much for your care which was outstanding from start to finish.
