Following a recent heart attack I would like to place on record my appreciation and admiration of the care provided by the many people involved in my diagnosis, treatment and recovery. I was given the very best of attention and I was treated with care and consideration at all times. Everyone displayed a caring and patient attitude to me and my fellow patients in hospital in sometimes trying circumstances and they were always cheerful and most kind. Their professionalism was in the highest traditions of our National Health Service, once again thank you all for helping me along the road to recovery.
