"I was made to feel at ease"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I would like to send my thanks to everyone at the GRI Endoscopy suite.

From reception, through nursing staff and the endoscopist I was made to feel

at ease and in the hands of people who knew exactly what they were doing.

If I have to go through another procedure, I wouldn't hesitate on a return here.
