"Nothing was too much trouble"

About: Victoria Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

I recently attended the "One Stop" Urology clinic at Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy.

I was met at reception by a lovely lady who directed me to the waiting room. The nursing assistant came and took me to a room and explained what was going to be happening, she was bright and chatty; answering any questions I had.

Next I was taken to see the consultant who at once introduced himself, and explained the procedure he was going to perform.

The two staff nurses who were there made me feel at ease, they were kind and caring, nothing was too much trouble. They recognized my anxiousness and dealt with this very professionally.

I feel as a fellow nurse, the care was outstanding and you should be very proud of how well your clinic is run.

Dear Nurse52,

Thank you for taking the time to feedback about your experience on care opinion.

I am glad this worked well for you and that you were were happy with the level of care and comnunication at each stage of your outpatient appointment in urology.

The staff will be delighted to read your post.

regards Arlene
