What I liked

Don't be fooled by apperances, this section of the hospital (eye, ENT) may be very old and a bit run down but the care that my 12 month old daughter recieved was excelent. The nursing staff and doctors explained everything before they started a proceedure and outlined their findings clearly. At no time were we rushed or made to feel unwelcome, I would have no hesitation in returning to this hospital.

What could be improved

The waiting rooms were bit crowded but the queues went down reasonably quickly; it was a bit to warm for me too.

Anything else?

Only my thanks to the nursing staff who were very helpful and friendly.
