What I liked

The prompt response by A&E ambulances,when called twice ,morning and afternoon on Saturday 25Sep,2010.Then my wife drove again the following day,26 Sep.

On these three visits ,I was comfoted from the unbearable by outstandingly helpful staff.My wife and I would be really grateful if you can convey to them and to the ambulance staff our sincere gratitude.

What could be improved

Faster desptching of medical report to GP

Anything else?

It was also heartening to receive a call from hospital to check if I was alright.
