About: Birmingham Midland Eye Centre (Bmec)

General I'm very happy at Eye Centre and Staff and Doctors are very good and look after you well thank you.But on 23/10/17 I took my sister To A&e Emergency we arrived at 10.30am Went to Registration Got a yellow ticket from time of arrival at eye centre it took 1 hour to get to Triage we explained it was urgent we see someone but still we had to wait in waiting room..The Waiting room was not the AE Emergency room we didn't know that. It Had been changed to waiting room there was small section for A&e Emergency badly any sits my sister was suffering with eye problems I had also I have eye problems and leg problems too no sits anyone it's was very bad ..After we arrived in Emergency from 10.30am we did not see Doctor till 3.30pm I very disappontent that day A&E Emergency Room needs to be back the way it was before need more sitting please
