About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I recently attended my appointment at FVRH.

I was greeted by the consultant Mr Clark, he made me feel at ease as I was really worried about having the cyst removed from my chest. I would like to say a big thank you to Mr Clark for explaining the procedure before carrying out the work. You are very professional in what you do and people like yourself are a credit to the NHS.

I would also like to say a big thank you to Nursing auxiliary Margaret & the student Nurse Zsanett. You were both extremely polite and professional. You all made this experience a pleasant one.
