A friend was sectioned after very disturbing episodes. I have visited her many times and found the staff to be exemplary. They have been unfailingly kind, supportive and caring.
I am pleased to say that after 4 weeks on Bay Ward she is a totally changed person.
The staff have been helpful when I've phoned, giving accurate information and careful analysis.
I can't praise her care enough.
