"Bad bad bad"

I have been a patient here since birth and the service just gets worse always problems with repeat prescriptions.... expect to have to ring at least 50 times to get through this is no exaggeration and even if you are a person like me who doesn’t want an appointment for the slightest issue ie you have a genuine medical need you have to have a triage appointment pre hand
