"Antenatal clinic receptionist rude and unfriendly"

About: Queen Charlotte's Hospital / Maternity

I had my first child at Queen Charlottes and my first experience was lovely from the antenatal to delivery but this time round since they have a new receptionist

OMG from my booking to my midwife appointments every time I went to the antenatal clinic I really hated every minute of it, the midwifes are lovely and the nurses who help but the receptionist really need to come down from their high horse. When you turn up for appointments the receptionist doesn't smile or say hello but rather act like they don't see you. I've asked the receptionist a few questions and felt like I was asking for blood with their eyes rolling. That's not the kind of person who should be working at a antenatal clinic with pregnant women who are already sensitive and emotional. I don't plan to come back in the future if Queen Charlotte hospital doesn't look into they staff. Why work as a front point without a friendly face and manner.
