What I liked

All I can say is that from start to finish the Doctor and Nurse who treated me were brilliant, the Doctor explained everything that was going to happen and why in great detail, he did not take me through for the procedure until he was satisfied I had fully understood. The explanation he gave made perfect sense and put my mind at ease. When he did take me through for the procedure the nurse could not have been nicer she was supportive and conformting without being patronising setting my mind at ease every step of the way

I wish I could remember their names so i could give them a personla thank you

What could be improved

When the original appointment was booked it would have been helpful to have received a leaflet with directions in as I parked at the front of Preston Royal but the treatment was at Sharoe Green Lane
