"Hearing test"

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

Five months since hearing test, still waiting for appointment for a Mould to be made and then I assume a further wait for an hearing aid.

I find this unacceptable.

Staff also need to be honest about waiting times and not string patients along with feeble excuses!
