"Not getting the appointment and inadequacy of..."

I have this Skin Iesion for almost 2 years and it took me almost 5 months to get an appointment from Dermatologist. They looked through my lesion and ask for biopsy and gave some ointment to put on affected skin area. I have done biopsy and still have not got any result of what happened or follow up appointment for further discussion. My wound is not healing and it is very painful. I try to contact Northwick Park Dermatologist department and the doctor given number 0208 869 2988/2941 and nobody picks the phone. I have been trying the number since last week but no response yet.

I am really frustrated with very unprofessional behaviour and lack of uncaring ignorant attitude towards patient. Right now my wound is getting very painful and they have not given me any treatment or medication. I am afraid it will get worst.
